About Stages Fitness


Stages Fitness provides exercise training and nutritional coaching directly to your home or office. Whether you are looking to lose fat, gain muscle, reduce stress, or increase your strength and flexibility, our certified trainer can help. Without expensive equipment or gym memberships, she will show you how to exercise at the right intensity for your fitness level and create a program that includes cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. Your training program will be tailored to your individual goals, such as:

  • Achieving weight loss goals
  • Increasing muscle strength
  • Increasing endurance and stamina
  • Setting nutrition goals/improving nutrition habits
  • Improving cardiovascular functions
  • Improving mental clarity and reducing stress
  • Increasing flexibility and balance
  • Setting specific training goals (running, etc.)

About Your Certified Trainer

headshotMaggie received a Bachelors in Business and Dance from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, IL. She completed her personal fitness training certificate through the International Sports Sciences Association and has been teaching fitness for 10 years and dance for more than 15. Maggie has taught fitness classes locally for the Champaign Park District, the YMCA, and Gold’s Gym.  In addition to personal training clients, Maggie currently teaches dance in the School of Theatre Arts at Illinois Wesleyan University. In her free time, she has been known to choreograph musicals and collect medals from the Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon.
