Working with Maggie will be the most rewarding fitness experience of your life. I have lost over 30 lbs, surpassed every goal I started with, gone from size 16 to size 8-10, have run three 5K races (I hate running), and am in the greatest shape of my life at 42. Maggie’s supportive and kind demeanor make workout time socially fun; but her passion and depth of knowledge as a trainer push you to your limits. Every time!!!!! Maggie listens very carefully to design a workout program specifically to meet your needs and goals. The comfort and privacy of being at home makes exerting yourself and/or expressing concerns so much easier. I know that not having to leave home to workout made a huge difference for me. There’s nowhere to hide and no holding back! And it is amazing how difficult workouts with portable weights and equipment can be in the hands of an inspired mind.

Your workouts will always be creatively crafted, well thought-out, balanced, and challenging. Maggie listens and adapts to any personal concerns or limitations. Training with Maggie has been a great experience! If you have a busy schedule or just can’t muster the motivation to get to the gym, having a trainer come to your home is the perfect solution. Maggie is very knowledgeable about fitness, health, and nutrition, and she creates challenging workouts that keep me progressing toward my fitness goals. I’ve seen significant results, and more importantly I feel like I’ve started an exercise habit I’ll be able to stick with. I highly recommend Maggie as a great trainer!

I was a bit skeptical about trying in-home training, given that I’ve never stuck with any exercise regimen in the past and I’ve let gym memberships sit unused. Having Maggie not only come to you, but also personally guide you makes all the difference! This is not a one-method-fits-all approach. My workouts are varied and new elements are introduced, meaning it doesn’t get boring, and the challenges increase in line with my goals and my own fitness growth. I felt stronger and more healthy just within the first couple weeks of training, and that was just the motivation I needed to keep going! Consistent exercise has really improved my overall well-being, and having someone help me reach my goals has been so much better than trying to go it alone. I’d recommend Stages to anyone.
